The winners of the challenge will be announced on Wednesday, 21st September at an Awards Ceremony in London.

Minima Co-Founder and CEO, Hugo Feiler, said: “We are very impressed with the standard of entrants we have received this year. The opportunities that the Minima protocol presents have really driven forward creative thinking and innovation as to how a decentralised blockchain can not only disrupt sectors, but make significant positive changes to how we live today and what we can achieve in the future to make a fairer, more sustainable and collaborative society.”

EdenBase Co-Founder, Eric Van der Kleij, said: “What we are learning through this challenge is that applications and solutions can truly become more effective and resilient by being built on a chain that specifically resists centralization incentives. The timing seems exactly right for this - particularly as the world has become disillusioned with being reliant on, and let down, by some centralised systems.
